A lot of us, including myself, put a lot of time and energy into our diet and physicality. We work to lose or gain a few pounds, we try to get that summer body (with the gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free diets), or we obsesses over getting a daily workout in. We often get so caught up with these physical aspects of life that we lose a way to balance our physical and internal selves.

If we truly want to live a healthier, more fulfilling life, then we must take care of the most unique aspect of ourselves — our soul. I created My Spiritual Diet as a platform to explore my spiritual journey and purpose in this life while also sharing learned life lessons with you along the way.

My Spiritual Diet shares different spiritual approaches and exercises that I’ve learned from different teachers, mentors, healers and loved ones that have made an impact on my life. I hope that you will find something here that speaks to you…especially in this fast-paced life.
